We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Director / Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Lansing, Michigan. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while leading a high-performing team.

As Clinic Director, you will combine hands-on patient treatment with operational leadership, staff development, and business growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and documentation standards.

Leadership & Operations
  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop clinical and administrative staff.
  • Foster a positive, patient-centered culture focused on quality care.
  • Monitor clinic productivity, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of team members.

Business Development
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, employers, and community organizations.
  • Promote clinic services and participate in local marketing initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to expand patient access and grow clinic volume.

Qualifications

Required
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Current Michigan Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Minimum of 2 years of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience.

Preferred
  • Previous Clinic Director, Center Manager, or leadership experience.
  • Experience with budget management and clinic operations.
  • Board Certification or advanced clinical specialization.
