Full Job Description
Progyny is looking for a motivated Client Solutions Manager to support internal and external stakeholders throughout our benefit implementation process.

The Client Solutions Manager will be responsible for facilitating smooth client implementations that exceed our clients' expectations. We are looking for a natural leader who is smart, innovative, and task-oriented. This individual will play a key role in managing and guiding current clients through the implementation process to ensure a successful and efficient operational setup of Progyny's services. The ideal candidate will have experience with navigating complex benefits programs and managing client relationships.

(This is not a software implementations role)

What you'll do...

The Client Solutions Manager is responsible for driving smooth existing client implementations, plan year roll over activities and off-peak projects. Responsibilities include:
  • Facilitating and maintain relationships with internal and external partners, including:
    • Managing integrations with client-specific partners (carriers and vendors) that support a collaborative partnership and positive continuous client and member experience
  • Project manage effectively by using advanced problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ensure elevated level of client, consultant, and internal and external partner satisfaction by maintaining an elevated level of communication including:
    • Identifying, communicating, and mitigating risks to projects and client implementations
    • Communicating organizational processes both internally and externally (within the team, across departments, with external parties)
  • Support internal and external resource training and readiness prior to go live
  • Complete and update implementation project plans and benefit grid in CRM system


About you...
  • Minimum four years' experience in a similar role with proven track record of success
  • Experience working in a healthcare / benefit environment preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required, PMP Certification or similar certifications are a plus
  • Demonstrated implementation management skills including: leadership, communication, customer management, project management

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $80,000 - $95,000. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
