Full Job Description
The Role

We are seeking a Client Services Manager to join our growing Studio Operations and Services team. This position will be based in Brooklyn, New York. This position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day production support needs of Netflix Studios Brooklyn. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Studio Operations and Services (NSB).


A successful candidate will be passionate, self-motivated, proactive, a strategic thinker, flexible, able to pivot when necessary, thorough, and able to juggle multiple, diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a demanding, fast-moving position that requires someone who is a people manager, a proactive and positive thinker, and able to exercise sound judgment and communication skills. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the day-to-day operational needs of productions, ensuring operational and customer service excellence.

  • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for productions to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

  • Collaborate with Production Services and cross-functional teams to align production activities and ensure cohesive operations.

  • Support ancillary billing operations using Xytech/Media Pulse to ensure accurate and timely processing.

  • Oversee production related repair and maintenance requests - communicate all repair and maintenance needs with production in a timely manner

  • CAPEX & OPEX support as needed

  • Coordinate production move-ins and move-outs, and oversee ancillary production needs.

  • Provide logistical support for on-site events, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place for successful execution.

  • Lead initiatives to maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

  • Lead and manage client appreciation events.

  • Conduct production and studio tours for clients and internal teams, showcasing facilities and capabilities as needed.

  • Be available to respond to urgent or after-hours matters as needed to maintain operational continuity.

  • Provide support for other operational duties as needed.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years in entertainment-specific campus operations.

  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, especially under pressure.

  • Excellent at multitasking and meeting tight deadlines.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Able to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to drive projects forward independently.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience in handling operational challenges such as production and stage support, repair and maintenance tracking, tenant improvements, and tenant relations.

  • Comprehensive understanding of various production formats, including film, episodic, short form, photo shoots, and live events.

  • In-depth knowledge of local production regulations, including safety and permitting requirements, is advantageous.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive), Microsoft Word, and Excel; familiarity with AirTable is a plus.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $181,000.00 - $323,000.00.
