Job Description

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President to join our Client Processing team. This role is located in New York City, NY. In-office requirement is four days.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Manage a medium to large-sized team or multiple small Client Processing teams
  • Handle any and all aspects of client accounts, including solicitation, inquiries, transactional processing and problem resolution
  • Serve as a top level of support for external clients who were not able to have problems resolved at a lower level
  • Ensure the volume of work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards and is properly reviewed and documented; identify and implement process improvements to improve the experience for all stakeholders


To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; advanced/graduate degree preferred
  • 7-10 years of total work experience is preferred with at least 1-3 years in management
  • Experience in brokerage processing is preferred
  • Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
