Job DescriptionWe're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President to join our Client Processing team. This role is located in New York City, NY. In-office requirement is four days.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:- Manage a medium to large-sized team or multiple small Client Processing teams
- Handle any and all aspects of client accounts, including solicitation, inquiries, transactional processing and problem resolution
- Serve as a top level of support for external clients who were not able to have problems resolved at a lower level
- Ensure the volume of work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards and is properly reviewed and documented; identify and implement process improvements to improve the experience for all stakeholders
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; advanced/graduate degree preferred
- 7-10 years of total work experience is preferred with at least 1-3 years in management
- Experience in brokerage processing is preferred
- Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents.
