Client Sales Partner
Consultant II
As the Client Sales Partner you will act as a dynamic and results-driven business development professional focused on one of UST's strategic tier 1 Telecom providers or ICT solution clients.
The opportunity:
• Drive business opportunities within the account, including upselling and cross-selling IT services and solutions.
• Develop account growth strategies aligned with client priorities and /UST's capabilities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building strong, trust-based relationships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the account, including upselling and cross-selling within the targeted portfolio.
• Lead proposal development, contract negotiations, and strategic planning efforts.
• Monitor market trends and client needs to proactively recommend innovative solutions.

What you need:
• At least 7 years of experience years client revenue business development role or combined senior level technical experience and business development.
• At least 5 years of experience working for a company in Telecom Network Software, Telcom IT & Cloud, or Business Consulting industries.
• Telecom software/cloud native engineering solutions.
• Strong experience gaining meetings with C level decision makers bringing to success.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of driving account growth and client satisfaction.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Texas
Compensation Range: $102,000-$153,000

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).
