Job Description:
This job is responsible for supporting analytical work efforts for various projects within a Line of Business or business discipline. Key responsibilities include leveraging databases to acquire client and performance data, transforming extracted data into meaningful insights and trends, and delivering those insights to leaders to make complex business decisions. Job expectations include working with business partners to understand, coordinate, and deliver agreed upon priorities while communicating complex data outputs and delivering the appropriate summary and data required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing the value of our product and tech delivery as an individual contributor. The role includes overseeing the development projects and tools which support various functions across Global Operations. Teamwork is key to our culture, and we interact closely with our technology partners, business partners, and client executives alike.

We are looking for an experienced Client Quantitative Analyst with technology delivery and business analytics experience to join our Business Analytics & Enablement team within the Data Management & Analytics organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing intake, driving delivery execution, and maximizing the value of reporting, analytics, automation, and business intelligence solutions. As a Client Quantitative Analyst, you will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, overseeing initiatives from intake through deployment while ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes. Teamwork is central to our culture, and this role requires close partnership with technology teams, business clients, executives, product managers, and developers. We are seeking a proactive, intellectually curious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex business challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the extraction of data using a variety of a programming languages, such as SQL, SAS, Python, or Spark/Scala, and applies knowledge of relational and non-relational database systems housed on both on-premise and off-premise (hybrid) platforms

  • Connects provisioned data across multiple sources and performs necessary transformations utilizing both technical, business, and process knowledge to transform data into meaningful values and insights

  • Performs quantitative techniques and analysis on customer, transaction, and performance data with the guidance from other analysts and supervisors, based on questions provided by business partners, and provides actionable insights for business partners to make informed decisions.

  • Follows requirements developed by other analysts and supervisors to perform required research, analytics, and exploration on appropriate and accurate data sources to provide appropriate deliverables

  • Communicates complex subjects in a simple and engaging manner to non-technical and technical business partners using software such as Power Point, Word, Excel, and Tableau

  • Assists with conducting quality comparison checks on analysis output and escalates data inconsistencies, gaps, or issues to leadership

  • Follows quality workflow process and documentation requirements to adhere to standards and provide business continuity

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to use data tools and techniques to find and deliver data from various sources of record

  • Proven communications skills in describing complex data to inform strategic insights and decisions

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in finance, math/statistics, computer scienceor another quantitative field (for example, engineering, operations management) or equivalent experience

  • Coursework in finance, math/statistics and/or computer science

  • 4+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related field.

  • Experience managing intake processes, project portfolios, and cross-functional initiatives from initiation through deployment.

  • Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), project governance, risk management, and change management practices.

  • Proven ability to gather requirements, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and translate business needs into actionable solutions.

  • Experience supporting reporting, analytics, automation, or technology-driven initiatives.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.

  • Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment activities, and implementation efforts.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentations and status reporting.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and drive projects to successful completion.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree or higher in finance, math/statistics, computer scienceor another quantitative field (for example, engineering, operations management)

  • Experience supporting reporting, business intelligence, data analytics, or automation solutions.

  • Familiarity with SQL and the ability to interpret technical documentation, workflows, and process maps.

  • Knowledge of reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
