Roles & Responsibilities
1) Lead large scale client business development, delivery engagements in the Life Sciences Industry - Bio Pharma.
2) Drive account growth strategy by identifying white-space opportunities, expanding service lines, achieving YoY revenue and margin targets.
3) Build and nurture C-level client relationships (Technology & Business teams), acting as a trusted advisor to enable digital transformation and long-term strategic partnerships.
4) Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Strategic leadership, executive client management, P&L ownership, large-scale delivery governance, senior stakeholder engagement, people leadership, and Change management in a US client environment.
