Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• 5-10 years of experience in sales management within the CPG sector
• Strong understanding of account P&L management
• Proven track record in strategic pipeline development
• Experience engaging with CXO level executives and stakeholders
• Ability to manage large deals and generate new business opportunities
• Familiarity with compliance and internal governance processes

Responsibilities

• Drive the sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
• Develop and manage a strategic pipeline to close total contract value (TCV)
• Generate new deals proactively and manage significant accounts
• Oversee the profit and loss management of assigned accounts
• Engage and maintain relationships with business stakeholders at the CXO level
• Collaborate with alliance partners for co-creating pipelines
• Ensure governance, compliance, and reporting standards are upheld
• Manage customer feedback and enhance continuous engagement strategies
• Plan and execute tailored sales and marketing initiatives for accounts
• Lead a team and focus on talent development within the unit
• Coordinate efforts with horizontal teams for account planning and shared revenue growth
• Share best practices and resources across accounts to strengthen market presence
