Responsibilities

  • Drive the sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
  • Develop and manage a strategic pipeline to close total contract value (TCV)
  • Generate new deals proactively and manage significant accounts
  • Oversee the profit and loss management of assigned accounts
  • Engage and maintain relationships with business stakeholders at the CXO level
  • Collaborate with alliance partners for co-creating pipelines
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and reporting standards are upheld
  • Manage customer feedback and enhance continuous engagement strategies
  • Plan and execute tailored sales and marketing initiatives for accounts
  • Lead a team and focus on talent development within the unit
  • Coordinate efforts with horizontal teams for account planning and shared revenue growth
  • Share best practices and resources across accounts to strengthen market presence

Full Job Description
Role: Client Partner - CPG

Location: NY, NJ, PA or CT

Job Description:
• Drive Sales Plan: TCS Growth strategy in line with organizational direction
• Strategic pipeline development and TCV closure
• Proactive deal generation and large deal management
• P&L management of the account
• CXO level engagement and relationship management. Business stakeholder engagement
• Partnership with Alliance partners, joint pipeline co-creation
• Drive TCS' internal governance, compliance, and internal reporting
• Delivery governance, stakeholder management and feedback, continuous customer engagement
• Prepare, plan and execute sales & marketing plans for the account
• Team management and talent development
• Coordination with horizontals for joint account planning, customer connects and joint revenue growth
• Collaborate with other accounts in unit for idea sharing, arrange references and create assets for CPG ISU

Qualifications:

Any Graduate

MBA preferred

Salary Range: $148,800- $201,300 a year
