Job Title: Client Engineer

Location: Wickliffe, OH

Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid- Collaborate in office 4 days each week, with 1 flexible day

How You'll Make an Impact

As a Microsoft Endpoint/Client Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving enterprise endpoint modernization, secure device management, and digital transformation initiatives across Microsoft Windows environments. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life. In this role, you will:

  • Provide support for Microsoft Windows operating systems across enterprise hardware and environments.

  • Engineer, troubleshoot, and optimize endpoint hardware, software, device drivers, Group Policy configurations, and device management workflows.

  • Administer and support Microsoft Modern Desktop solutions using Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM) technologies for secure endpoint provisioning and lifecycle management.

  • Drive best practices for Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, Windows Autopilot, Autopatch, and Zero Touch deployment strategies.

  • Support endpoint security, operating system hardening, compliance initiatives, and digital transformation programs.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and procedures for endpoint management and support.

  • Collaborate with information technology, security, and business stakeholders to improve device performance, automation, and user experience.

  • Utilize PowerShell, Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL), and command-line tools to automate administration and operational processes.


Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of four years of hands-on experience supporting and managing endpoint devices and management platforms.

  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Autopatch, and Active Directory.

  • Experience managing Windows endpoints, deployment profiles, operating system hardening, policy implementation, and Zero Touch deployments.

  • Hands-on experience administering, troubleshooting, and supporting Microsoft Windows 10/11 Enterprise environments.

  • Understanding of Active Directory organizational units, Group Policy Objects, and device driver management.

  • Working knowledge of cloud-based device management frameworks, endpoint security, compliance, and modern workplace concepts.

  • Proficiency with PowerShell automation, Windows Subsystem for Linux, and command-line administration tools.

  • Ability to document technical procedures and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


  • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical issues in distributed endpoint environments and work effectively in a team-oriented setting.


Preferred Qualifications that Drive You Forward

  • Experience with device automation and integration in production or operations environments.

  • Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture, microsegmentation, and automation frameworks.

  • Knowledge of cloud computing, virtualization, and Internet of Things technologies.

  • Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies.

  • Understanding of NIST, CIS, ITIL, and ISO standards.

  • Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise, third-party, and line-of-business applications.
