Overview: Turnberry Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Engagement Director (CED) to join our growing cloud services team. The CED serves as the primary client-facing sales leader responsible for driving AWS consulting, cloud migration, modernization, and managed services opportunities across both existing and prospective customers nationwide.

This role is ideal for a mid-to-senior-level sales professional with a strong background in AWS services sales and a proven track record of building trusted client relationships, developing strategic account plans, and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will have experience selling AWS solutions through an AWS Partner, AWS reseller, cloud consultancy, systems integrator, or directly with AWS.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage day-to-day client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts along with strategic business development for new accounts
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies that drive AWS services revenue and long-term client success
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities focused on cloud migration, modernization, transformation, and related AWS services
  • Expand existing client relationships through consultative selling and strategic account management
  • Collaborate closely with cloud architects, delivery teams, and AWS partner resources to develop compelling client solutions
  • Develop, manage, and maintain a healthy Amazon Customer Engagement (ACE) pipeline, ensuring opportunities are registered, progressed, and aligned with AWS co-sell best practices
  • Drive measurable growth through AWS-sourced and AWS-influenced opportunities
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently manage opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle
  • Build and leverage a strong professional network to generate leads, referrals, and new business opportunities
  • Lead client discovery sessions, understand business challenges, and align AWS solutions to customer objectives
  • Consistently generating and advancing a robust AWS co-sell and ACE opportunity pipeline
  • Coordinate proposal development, pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and deal closure activities
  • Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline health, forecasting, account plans, and market insights

Qualifications:
  • 5 to 7+ years of experience selling AWS services, cloud consulting, cloud migration, or related technology solutions
  • Demonstrated success working with the AWS partner ecosystem; including generating and managing AWS-related pipeline through Amazon Customer Engagements (ACE) or equivalent partner opportunity management programs
  • Experience working for an AWS Partner, AWS reseller, cloud consulting firm, systems integrator, managed services provider, or directly within AWS
  • Demonstrated success selling cloud migration, modernization, infrastructure, data, or application transformation services
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of AWS cloud services and the business value of cloud transformation initiatives
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving executive stakeholders and technical decision-makers
  • Excellent relationship building, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across sales, delivery, talent acquisition, and technical teams
  • Existing relationships within the AWS ecosystem and enterprise customer base
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • AWS Sales Accreditation, AWS Business Professional Accreditation, AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification, or other AWS certification preferred
  • Strong account planning, pipeline management, and forecasting capabilities

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $160,000 or the hourly equivalent.
