Your role
• Support a global wealth management team in delivering exceptional client service and experience
• Manage several tasks in a fast-paced environment, while delivering accurate and timely results
• Work directly with sophisticated ultra-high net worth clients
• Keep contact management systems up-to-date with client information
• Educate clients on account services and capabilities
• Accurately collect documentation for client service requests
• Collaborate with all team members on various projects; including to ensure that client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements
Your team
You'll be working as part of Wealth Management Americas. Specifically, you'll be working with "The Barry Wealth Consulting Group", a team of professionals who help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through with a financial advisor who delivers products and services specifically designed for them.
Your expertise
• Ideally Bachelor's degree with 1-3+ years of experience in client service, within the finance industry
• Licensed or intention to get licensed (SIE, Series 7, 66)
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented
• Can work in a fast paced environment
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - including Copilot
Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - Illinois - Chicago min USD 75000 - max USD 90000 /annum
