Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Project Manager leads the delivery of IT projects with a commitment to providing superior service and driving results for clients, produces quality work products with an emphasis on achieving specific, measures outcomes or results, and contributes to an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous improvements within the Project Management Office (PMO).

Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Project Manager leads the delivery of IT projects with a commitment to providing superior service and driving results for clients, produces quality work products with an emphasis on achieving specific, measures outcomes or results, and contributes to an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous improvements within the Project Management Office (PMO).
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Information Systems, Decision Sciences or related discipline.
  • Minimum of five years of demonstrated success managing projects throughout all phases of project lifecycle. Projects with global scope are a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft M365 and experienced with project scheduling tools.
  • Experience with SaaS migration projects, Artificial Intelligence/ machine learning integrations, commercial software implementation, infrastructure, software development and/ or technical construction.
  • Experience managing projects involving data privacy, regulatory compliance, and failover or disaster recovery planning will be considered a plus.

Compensation is determined upon the market in which the position is located, the responsibilities of the position, the experience and skills of the applicant, and other job-related factors. The starting salary range for this Cleveland position is $100,000 - $120,000.
