Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for coordinating lawyer recruiting activity related to law school recruiting, the Summer Associate Program, New Lawyers Group onboarding and training, and lateral attorney hiring. Along with general recruiting experience, candidates should have experience with program planning and management including managing budgets as well as insights into market trends and the development of candidate pipelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of four years of law firm and/or professional services recruiting experience focused on Summer Associate/Young Professionals Programs and college/school law recruitment activities.
  • Experience with viRecruit preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to work independently, take initiative, set priorities, and see project through completion.
  • Able to work and communicate with a wide range of people, including in a team setting.
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships within the department, Office, and Firm, as well as with vendors and others outside the Firm.

Compensation is determined upon the market in which the position is located, the responsibilities of the position, the experience and skills of the applicant, and other job-related factors. The starting pay scale for this Boston position is $95,000 - $105,000.
