The work:
The BA will understand client business needs and requirements. You will:
- Understand the current system and how it functions
- Assist in design and development of applications based on business requirement
- Upgrade and modify applications per business needs
- Creating manual and automated test scenarios, and testing the system accurately by the appropriate deadlines
- Assist in preparing project plan and technical and functional specifications
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely fashion
- Ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and ensure to complete project within assigned timelines
- Provide support in system testing and bug fixing activities
- Be available for migrations (during non-standard business hours)
Here's what you need: - At least 2 years professionally work experience as a Business Analyst with an active Top Secret clearance.
- Must understand, gather and analyze client business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories in JIRA.
- Ability to create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates.
- Full lifecycle development using Agile.
- Willingness to work 100% onsite in Washington, DC.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
