Job Summary
A Clearance Coordinator I is responsible for supporting clearance activities under guidance. This role involves maintaining schedules, assisting with coordination between Gas Control and Gas Operations, and ensuring accurate documentation to support safe and efficient work execution.
Essential Functions
Maintain and update clearance schedules under guidance. Assist department with administrative tasks (tracking documents, updating timelines). Relay information between Gas Control and Gas Operations. Assist in monitoring work implementation on the gas system. Document anomalies and escalate for review. Support coordination during emergency response situations. Assist with activation and deactivation of scheduled work under supervision. Provide basic operational support during clearance activities. Understand and follow federal and company compliance requirements under supervision. Be available to assist during extended hours or cover basic operational tasks when needed. Participate in team discussions on process improvements and provide feedback for clearance activities. Other Duties as Assigned
Required Qualifications For Position
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience 0-2 years of utility experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong analytical skills for data review and problem identification. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to follow emergency response procedures and escalate issues promptly.

Salary Range*:
$69,900.00 - $105,000.00
*The salary offered to a candidate is based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills, job-related knowledge, and relevant experience, as well as internal pay equity.
