Summary
If you are interested in playing an active role in transforming the commercial insurance sector within a rapidly growing company, we are looking for a Claims Adjuster to join our subsidiary RPMX, which specializes in claims management and adjustment services.
Reporting to the President of our RPMX division, the Claims Adjuster will be primarily responsible for investigating and handling complex commercial liability and professional liability claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, investigate, and manage the resolution of claims files in accordance with policy terms and conditions
- Serve as the main point of contact for brokers, partners, and insureds throughout the claims process
- Collaborate regularly with colleagues to deepen expertise in both underwriting and claims management
- Participate in industry conferences and seminars relevant to business needs
- Complete all required continuing education credits (CE credits)
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Claims Adjuster
- Hold a Commercial Claims Adjuster license
- Experience working with Lloyd's (required)
- Bilingual (English/French), as the majority of claims involve Lloyd's
- Knowledge of VCA, SIG XP, SharePoint, and Guidewire systems (strong asset)
- Knowledge of Lloyd's policy wordings and contracts (strong asset)
- Strong organizational skills
