What You'll Be Doing:As an experienced Project Engineer, you will work on site/civil engineering and land development projects. This person will actively participate in the growth of our firm.
Technical Proficiency:- Demonstrate technical excellence in engineering principles and practices.
- Possess expertise in designing potable water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, site grading, roadway design, and related land development projects.
Project Lifecycle Management:- Take projects from entitlements through to construction, ensuring successful project execution.
- Manage and coordinate various aspects of project development.
Permitting and Entitlements:- Efficiently process multiple permitting entitlements across various governmental agencies.
- Utilize local experience to streamline the permitting process.
- Implement complex permitting strategies to meet project schedules, ranging from large-scale developments to compact commercial infills.
Client Relationship and Company Growth:- Actively participate in company marketing efforts to enhance our company's profile and foster relationships with existing and future clients and governmental agencies.
- Contribute to the growth of the company by delivering high-quality projects and client satisfaction.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET Accredited University
- 4+ years of Civil Land Development experience
- PE Licensure Required
- AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD preferred.
