Summary:
Serves as the primary Transportation Networks and Airfield Pavements (TNAP) Activity Management Plan (AMP) manager. Integrates structural, architectural, and pavement-condition data to assess infrastructure health, develop lifecycle strategies, and prioritize installation investment requirements.

Starting Salary Range for Civil Engineer: Pay commensurate with experience.
Basic Qualifications:
• Lead development and annual updates of the TNAP AMP using PAVER data.
• Consolidate facility-condition data from BUILDER Sustainment Management System (SMS) to support Facilities AMP lifecycle strategies.
• Apply Air Force asset-management principles to score, rank, and prioritize civil infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain an Integrated Priority List aligned to AMP deficiencies and installation priorities.
• Conduct quality assurance and quality control of facility and pavement-condition data.
• Produce quarterly SMS data-quality reports and annual TNAP AMP reports.
• Conduct physical inventories and compliance inspections of facilities, systems, installed equipment, occupants, and facility footprints.
• Collaborate with installation stakeholders and maintain communication and engagement records.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned.
• This position requires a Common Access Card (CAC), the ability to pass the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) clearance to acquire a Common Access Card (CAC).
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer; may occasionally require standing or moving about the office for extended periods.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Air Force AMP processes, PAVER, BUILDER SMS, and infrastructure lifecycle planning.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience supporting airfield pavements, transportation networks, and military installation asset management.
Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent from an accredited institution within the 50 United States.
• Minimum five years of civil engineering experience.
• Minimum three years of military facility or infrastructure experience.
Work Environment:
Work is performed primarily in a climate-controlled environment.
