Position Overview
We are seeking a Civil Design Engineer to join a growing team of professionals delivering creative, custom solutions in civil design and infrastructure. The role will involve managing and executing civil engineering projects related to stormwater drainage, site development, utility infrastructure, roadway design, and more.

This position provides the opportunity to work on a variety of impactful projects while collaborating across disciplines in a culture that promotes autonomy, innovation, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead design efforts for civil engineering projects such as site development, stormwater systems, utility layouts, landfill design, and roadway planning.

Prepare and review plans and profiles for infrastructure projects.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to problem-solve and deliver technical solutions.

Coordinate and participate in client and subcontractor meetings (including Pre-Bid meetings).

Plan, schedule, and manage teams for detailed design execution.

Contribute to business development, client relationship management, and proposal efforts.
