The successful candidate must demonstrate their ability to contribute through high-quality teaching, mentorship, and a focused research agenda. Responsibilities include: 1) teaching both undergraduate and graduate courses within a focus area and supporting areas; 2) developing a robust, externally funded research program that includes mentoring graduate and undergraduate students and results in high-impact publications and products; and 3) contributing meaningfully to professional organizations and actively engaging in service roles within the department, college, and university.
