Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience with Cisco Voice platforms, specifically V14 and V15.
• Proficient in Cisco Voice products including Call Manager, UCCX, Cube, and Expressway.
• Knowledge of compliance standards such as LFI and PCI for voice systems.
• Experience creating detailed Visio diagrams for network infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Jira for project management, though not mandatory.
• Prior experience in Financial Services or Commercial Banking is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration and client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cisco Voice infrastructure design and implementation for BMO conversion.
• Interface with Data Network and Voice Operations teams for project coordination.
• Create Visio drawings detailing Cisco Voice systems architecture.
• Document all aspects of Cisco Voice Infrastructure planning and operations.
• Ensure adherence to FCB standards for operational processes, including backups and disaster recovery.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams and act as primary point of contact for voice projects.
• Assist Project Manager in executing BMO Branch Voice initiatives.
