The Opportunity:

CACI has an exciting and challenging opportunity available for a Circuit Manager supporting an Intelligence Community customer's wide-area (WAN), local-area (LAN), and campus-area (CAN) networks across multiple security domains.

Experience in complex telecommunications environments involving all phases of network design, implementation, and analysis is required as it pertains to telecommunications transport circuits. The specialist develops circuit specifications and processes all relevant documentation. They develop risk management and mitigation strategies, maintain compliance with QA standards, and ensure service performance indicators are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage global enterprise communication services and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and SLA adherence.
  • Drive the circuit management function, overseeing circuit provisioning and allocation to ensure effective, high-performance information exchange.
  • Coordinate 24/7 technical assistance for outage resolution while improving overall service reliability, uptime, and operational performance.
  • Support lifecycle management and coordinate preparation, installation, and maintenance for routing, switching and WAN/LAN equipment
  • Work with engineers to develop network architecture diagrams, maintain capability roadmaps, and execute documented test plans for configuration upgrades before implementation.
  • Inspect assigned equipment regularly and coordinate with facility maintenance to monitor critical power and environmental support systems.
  • Act as primary liaison for service providers and ensure customer requirements while ensuring government security policy compliance.


Qualifications:

Required:
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph OR TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain polygraph prior to start
  • 12+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor's Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience).
  • 2+ years of customer record keeping and records management experience
  • Ability to work weekends and evening hours as needed
  • Excellent written and oral and communications skills
  • Proficiency in MS Productivity suite - Access, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, MS Teams, and SharePoint
  • Ability to work independently with little direction and guidance


Desired:
  • Completion of DISA Services Course
  • Completion of DISA Node Site Coordinator CBT
  • Familiarization with DISA Storefront/Marketplace
  • Familiarization with DISA Telecommunications Service Requests/Orders (TSRs/TSOs) process
