Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - AI Transformation
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Remote / Hybrid (US preferred, global collaboration)

Reports To: CEO / Executive Leadership

Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - AI Transformation to lead enterprise-wide adoption of Artificial Intelligence, Data, and Cloud-native technologies. This role is responsible for defining and executing the company's AI strategy, modernizing legacy platforms, and embedding AI into core products, operations, and decision-making processes.
The ideal candidate blends deep technical credibility with strong business acumen and has successfully led AI initiatives from concept to production at scale.

Key Responsibilities
I & Technology Strategy
  • Define and own the enterprise AI, data, and cloud transformation roadmap
  • Drive adoption of GenAI, LLMs, ML, and intelligent automation across products and operations
  • Identify high-impact AI use cases aligned to business outcomes and ROI

rchitecture & Platform Modernization
  • Lead modernization of legacy systems into cloud-native, API-driven, AI-ready architectures
  • Oversee data platform strategy including data lakes, warehouses, real-time pipelines, and governance
  • Ensure scalability, security, privacy, and compliance (HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR where applicable)
Product & Innovation Leadership
  • Partner with Product and Business leaders to embed AI into customer-facing and internal platforms
  • Guide development of AI-powered products such as copilots, agents, RAG systems, and predictive analytics
  • Evaluate and integrate AI tools, vendors, and platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS, GCP, etc.)
Execution & Delivery
  • Ensure AI initiatives move from POC to production with measurable success
  • Establish best practices for MLOps, model lifecycle management, and AI observability
  • Balance speed, experimentation, and engineering rigor
Leadership & Governance
  • Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering, data, and AI teams
  • Establish AI governance, ethical AI standards, and responsible AI frameworks
