What You'll Do

Lead the Big Picture
  • Partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to turn company strategy into action.
  • Set operational priorities and create accountability across the organization.
  • Lead and develop a strong team of department Directors.
  • Bring teams together around common goals and help the organization operate as one.

Drive Operational Excellence
  • Oversee the company's manufacturing and operational functions through their respective Directors.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, productivity, processes, and systems.
  • Use data and performance metrics to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive results.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Help Us Grow
  • Build the infrastructure, processes, and capabilities needed to support continued growth.
  • Evaluate organizational structure, staffing, facilities, equipment, technology, and capacity needs.
  • Identify operational risks and develop strategies to keep the business moving forward.
  • Lead strategic projects and initiatives that span multiple departments.

You'll provide executive oversight across:
  • Operations & Production - ensuring we have the people, processes, capacity, and resources to deliver.
  • Engineering - supporting product development, innovation, and manufacturing capabilities.
  • Quality & Regulatory - ensuring quality and compliance remain at the center of how we operate.
  • Customer Service - creating an exceptional experience and strong connection between customers and our operations.
  • Purchasing & Supply Chain - ensuring materials, suppliers, and resources are positioned to support the business.
  • Warehousing & Inventory - maintaining effective inventory, material flow, and fulfillment operations.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a strategic, hands-on leader who can see the big picture and understands what it takes to make things happen.

You bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in operations, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, quality, or a related field.
  • Senior leadership experience with responsibility for multiple functions and teams.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect strategy to execution.
  • A track record of developing leaders and creating accountability.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement and operational change.
  • Medical device manufacturing or other regulated manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with quality management systems and medical device regulatory requirements is preferred.
