How you'll make an impact in this role

Define and lead the enterprise roadmap for Operations Logistics Optimization.

  • Ensure the seamless implementation of standard operating procedures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all participant sites and total alignment with the organization?s business goals.
  • Direct the strategy for field Supply Chain Operations and National Operations, overseeing the total movement of goods and services across the enterprise to drive unmatched efficiency.
  • Oversee the distributor and large vendor relationships associated with national operational activities,
    ensuring adequate service levels and achievement of KPIs.
  • Assume ultimate accountability for the Master Data Management and Supply Resiliency communities to ensure the integrity of the organizations data and preparedness to react to disruptions in the of the global supply chain.
  • Lead the strategic direction of Pharmaceutical Support Services to optimize spend, manage complex inventory assets, and support the clinical requirements of all healthcare participants.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership and regulatory agencies. Ensure the organization?s culture is disseminated across all operational reporting layers.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree with 10 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 5 of those years being in leadership/management. OR 10 years of experience required. 15 years of experience preferred. 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
