With a Series B on the horizon and a growing portfolio of partnerships with drug developers and patient advocacy groups, we need a Chief of Staff who can operate as a true right hand to the Founder and CEO - someone who runs toward complexity, brings structure to ambiguity, and holds the highest standards of craft and detail.
You will own high-stakes initiatives, manage venture fundraising end-to-end alongside the CEO, and serve as a force multiplier across the leadership team. If you have thrived in fast-moving, dynamic environments and want your work to directly improve patient outcomes, this is the role for you.
