The RoleWe are hiring our first commercial Chief of Staff to work closely with leadership and build our B2B GTM motion. Reporting to Neil Parikh, you9ll be both strategic partner and hands-on operator, shaping how we build credibility with payers and employers and driving the execution that turns those relationships into signed customers.
As Chief of Staff to Neil, you9ll be his strategic partner and force multiplier on the commercial motion, owning it end-to-end. You9ll turn a handful of exploratory conversations into a well-managed pipeline across payers, employers, health systems, and government; keep our most important deals alive between conversations; and arm the team with the materials that make a first-of-its-kind purchase feel safe. You9ll operate as an extension of the founders in the rooms they can9t be in, and build the systems that let the commercial engine run well. Our most important goal is landing our first enterprise customers and building relationships strong enough to compound for years.
Key responsibilities- Partner with founders (Neil & Daniel) on commercial strategy: channel prioritization, pricing and packaging, and how we build credibility and demonstrate clinical and economic value to payers and employers.
- Own pipeline and deal management from first meeting through signed contract: scheduling, diligence, security reviews, legal coordination, commitment tracking, and follow-ups that keep deals alive between conversations.
- Mapping organizations at our key accounts to understand all the key stakeholders and working with our advisors to open the right doors
- Stand up our GTM infrastructure: implement a lightweight CRM and the pipeline tracking and reporting that give leadership an accurate view of the funnel.
- Drive B2B marketing and sales enablement: build the decks, one-pagers, case studies, and ROI models that help an enterprise buyer say yes.
- Build top-of-funnel volume: develop target account lists across payers, employers, health systems, and government; conduct deep account research; help book meetings; and manage early-stage relationships.
- Inform strategy with market intelligence: track the competitive landscape, buyer trends, and unmet needs across our channels to sharpen positioning and pricing.
- Translate what we learn from every call: about packaging, pricing, partnership structures, and which channels convert: into sharper materials and a smarter motion, fast.
About you- You have 4-6 years of experience and have worked at a startup (even an internship counts). You9re early-career and high-slope, and you want a role with room to own outcomes fast.
- You move fluidly between strategy and execution. You can pressure-test a pricing model or channel hypothesis, then turn around and send 30 researched outreach emails. Neither mode feels beneath you or beyond you.
- You have a bias to action. You send the imperfect email today rather than the perfect one in two weeks, and you9d rather learn from a real buyer9s reaction than polish in a vacuum.
- You9re comfortable with ambiguity. What we sell, how we package it, and which channel converts will all shift repeatedly. You find that energizing, not destabilizing.
- You have genuine conviction about the mission. Buyers can sense whether it9s real. So can we.
