Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
- Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.
Preferred qualifications:- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to automate workflows and enhance personal and team productivity.
- Familiarity with the unique operational needs of a research organization, including the research-to-innovation life-cycle.
- Track record of flawless execution and proactive thinking, moving beyond reactive maintenance to high-impact strategic delivery.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, maintain agility, and continuously prioritize in a fluid environment.
- Ability to build strong relationships across engineering, product, and research leadership to drive results without direct authority.

Responsibilities - Direct and synchronize complex topics across CS&O team leads and the broader Google Research organization, ensuring cross-functional execution.
- Craft high-stakes internal and external narratives, briefing documents, and strategic presentations for the Lead of CS&O and broader GR leadership.
- Lead high-priority special projects that support an aligned, forward-looking, and efficient research ecosystem.
- Audit and implement automated workflows and custom agents within our own operational processes.
- Keep the team's operational heartbeat, including the Chief of Staff (CoS) Forum, Leads meetings, and all-hands sessions, ensuring transparency and consistent messaging.
