Full Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO to prioritize and drive strategic initiatives across the company.
  • Manage and coordinate communication between executive leadership and various departments to ensure alignment and effective information flow.
  • Lead cross-functional projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
  • Analyze and synthesize business data to provide actionable insights and support executive decision-making.
  • Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance organizational performance.
  • Support the CEO in managing external partnerships, investor relations, and key stakeholder engagements.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the leadership team.

Requirements
