  • Be expected to take full ownership of the problem set and work with project teams and cross-functional leaders to develop and execute strategies, with an emphasis on successful outcomes.
  • Translate strategy into structured execution plans with clear milestones, owners, and timelines.
  • Maintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, and ship faster-it's your default, not an afterthought.

You have:

  • Proven experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives in high-growth environments.
  • Strong ability to translate strategy into execution with clear structure and follow-through.

  • High ownership mindset with a bias toward action and results.
  • Clear, direct communicator who can align stakeholders at all levels.
  • A belief that AI is reshaping work, you instinctively use it to accelerate everything you do.
