POSITION SUMMARYThe Chief of Staff to the CEO serves as a trusted operating partner who helps translate executive priorities into action. This role supports strategic initiatives, acquisition integration, financial analysis, contract coordination, and high-priority cross-functional projects in a fast-moving growth environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Partner with the CEO to organize priorities, drive follow-up, and improve leadership visibility.
- Lead strategic projects by creating clear plans, owners, milestones, and accountability.
- Support acquisitions from diligence through integration, coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
- Analyze business performance, financial information, and key metrics to support executive decision-making.
- Coordinate key contracts, commercial obligations, renewals, and related follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and bring structure to ambiguous or fast-moving initiatives.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- 8-15+ years of relevant experience in finance, corporate development, consulting, private equity, operations, or a related field.
- Strong financial, analytical, and business judgment skills.
- Experience supporting M&A, integrations, strategic initiatives, or complex cross-functional projects.
- Ability to work directly with executive leadership and handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Strong project management, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Comfort operating in a lean, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Direct experience working with a CEO, CFO, COO, or executive leadership team.
- Meaningful acquisition integration, strategic finance, or commercial contract experience.
- Background building dashboards, reporting tools, or repeatable operating processes.
