The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for full-time Chief of Integration,
GG-0132-13 at Nellis AFB in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Base Salary Range: $108,719 - $141,337
Eligible for Remote Work
Relocation may be available.
The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as an Intelligence Subject Matter Expert and Information Warfare (IW) exercise planner, applying military experience and an extensive background in Information Warfare, to plan, organize, analyze, and determine recommendations of planning, scenario development and execution of operational level warfare command and control exercises and experiments led by Det 2 318th COG for the purpose of training the Joint Force Air Component Commander (JFACC) and Commander Air Force Forces (COMAFFOR) staffs in the operational art of employing air, space, and cyberspace power in a joint setting across the spectrum of conflict.
Depending on the type of position (competitive/excepted) you are selected for; you will be required to serve a 1-year probationary period OR 2-year trial period. Upon completion of your probationary/trial period, your employment will be terminated unless you receive certification, in writing, that your continued employment advances the public interest.
(NOTE: Typically, the 1-year probationary period is for Competitive Jobs, and 2-year trail period is for Excepted Jobs.)
This position is a Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) position aligned under authorities of Section 1601, Chapter 83 of Title 10, United States Code and DoD Instruction 1400.25-V3007.

Qualifications/Requirements:
U.S. Citizenships Required.
This is a designated Drug Testing Position.
Must be able to obtain and maintain Top-Secret clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) with SAP eligibility.
An advanced intelligence-related or professional/scientific degree is highly desirable.
Knowledge of AF Cyber/Signals Intelligence and its relation to the national Intelligence Community and USCYBERCOM Cyber Mission Forces.
Knowledge and experience in cyberspace operations to facilitate strategic planning, budgeting, manning and implementation of the Detachment's mission.
Broad background in intelligence of potential target systems, program management and cyberspace operations to solve unique, challenging operational and technical issues for AF, DOD, national and joint agencies, and commanders.
Experience with real-world and exercise contingency/crisis action planning. Experience with writing Mission Scenario Events List (MSELs) for exercise support. Experience and skill in conducting assessments using available information technology (IT) capabilities and data mining techniques. Knowledge of blue/red IW capabilities.
Knowledge and experience in IW policy, procedures, and planning tools; knowledge of integration of IW into military operations. Ability to apply military Information Warfare expertise as it applies to exercises, experiments, and other training events.
Knowledge of, and operational or tactical experience with, open-source intelligence collection, validation of denial/deception techniques, identification/confirmation/dissemination of electronic threats, SIGINT and ELINT.
Ability to plan, organize, and lead others in studies or projects and to negotiate effectively with management to accept and implement recommendations, where proposals involve substantial resources, and require extensive changes in established concepts and procedures.
