Qualifications

• Experience with digital and social media content creation
• Proven track record of delivering engaging weather reports
• Knowledge of Idaho weather is preferred
• Strong news judgment and exceptional writing abilities

Responsibilities

• Forecast, produce and present clear weather casts that connect with viewers
• Issue warnings and alerts during weather events to keep the audience informed
• Create engaging weather content for digital platforms and social media
• Make public appearances on behalf of the station
• Collaborate with producers to identify relevant weather topics for broadcasts
