Qualifications

Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Chief Inspector to support a midstream gas processing facility in preparation for an upcoming regulatory pressure equipment audit scheduled for September 2026. This role is focused on strengthening and aligning the Pressure Equipment Integrity Management System (PEIMS) to meet both Canadian and U.S. regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare a midstream gas processing complex for a regulatory pressure equipment audit
  • Review, update, and enhance PEIMS documentation to ensure audit readiness
  • Develop and formalize integrity program documents, procedures, and guidelines
  • Support compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks, including:
    • Canadian Energy Regulator (CER)
    • Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA)
  • Assist with audit preparation and gap assessments related to pressure equipment integrity
  • Collaborate with the Facility Integrity Team to ensure consistency and compliance across programs
  • Travel as required to facilities in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Minnesota

  • Working knowledge of Fitness-for-Service (FFS) assessments, including regulatory considerations
  • Familiarity with CER Onshore Pipeline Regulations
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record and willingness to travel
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet critical deadlines
  • Availability to commit 35-40 hours per week
