Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our technology strategy, digital transformation, IT operations, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and data initiatives. The CIO will partner with senior leadership to leverage technology for business growth, operational efficiency, and an enhanced student/customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the organization's overall IT and digital transformation strategy.
- Lead IT operations, infrastructure, cloud, enterprise applications, and technology modernization.
- Oversee ERP, CRM, SIS, LMS, HRIS, and other critical business systems.
- Drive cybersecurity, data privacy, IT governance, risk management, and business continuity.
- Lead data, analytics, automation, and AI adoption initiatives.
- Manage IT budgets, technology investments, vendors, and strategic partnerships.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology team.
- Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to align technology with organizational goals.
- Identify emerging technologies and opportunities to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive technology experience with 7+ years in senior leadership.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation.
- Strong knowledge of cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, data, and IT governance.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Higher education / EdTech experience is highly preferred.
