Position at Community Options, Inc.

Reporting to the President & CEO, the CFO provides overall financial leadership for the organization overseeing a $500M+ budget, forecasting, audits, compliance, payroll, billing, property management, and financial systems. This role serves as a key advisor to executive leadership and the Board of Trustees, supporting long-term growth, sustainability, and operational excellence.

We offer a competitive starting salary of $278,000-$350,000, along with an incentive bonus and relocation assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Oversee financial reporting, audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance
  • Ensure effective revenue cycle management and government billing compliance
  • Manage banking relationships, financing, contracts, and property-related matters
  • Support organizational growth, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives
  • Train and support leadership on financial processes and compliance
  • Demonstrate knowledge of and openness to emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to enhance financial analysis, operational efficiency, and data-informed decision-making
