Full Job Description
Our SpringHill Suites By Marriott is currently seeking an experienced, knowledgeable and independent-working Chief Engineer to maintain the property up to brand standards and Owner expectations. As part of the property team you will help us "craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns"! Position Responsibiltiies:
  • Assist in developing the team
  • Assist in budgeted needs of the maintenance department and developing sustainability programs
  • Assistance in execution of the annual CapEX plans and management of preventative maintenance program
  • Ensure all SOPs are being utilized and Safety Standards are upheld

Job Requirements
  • 5 years previous Hotel Maintenance Experience requested
  • Excellent Guest Service, Computer and Communication Skills are required via verbal, written and electronic means
