Here is what you will be doing each day:- Manage and supervise all Engineering staff and hotel maintenance operations
- Oversee preventive maintenance and repair programs for all building systems, equipment, and physical assets
- Monitor life safety systems, utilities, and mechanical/electrical systems to ensure optimal performance
- Ensure compliance with all corporate standards and local, state, and federal regulations
- Maintain the overall condition of the property, including guest rooms, public areas, grounds, and rooftop amenities
Does this sound like you?- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar hotel engineering leadership role
- Experience with lifestyle or independent hotels preferred
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with proven leadership skills
- HVAC and CPO certifications required
- Advanced knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, pool systems, and general building maintenance
- Passion for delivering high-quality service and maintaining an exceptional guest experience

Here is what you will be doing each day:- In this role, you will be managing and supervising all of Engineering staff and the maintaining and maintenance of the hotel.
- You will supervise the implementation of all property equipment preventive maintenance and repairs, monitoring life safety systems and utilities and administering the department in compliance with all corporate/franchise standards and local, state and national codes and regulations to protect assets, guests and associates.
- Preventive maintenance and repair of the hotel's mechanical/electrical systems and equipment, and for the general maintenance and upkeep of the physical plant, FF&E, grounds, swimming pool, etc.
Does this sound like you?- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position at a hotel.
- You have the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment and have strong leadership skills.
- HVAC and CPO certifications a must.
- You have very strong skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, pool maintenance and all other aspects of the discipline.
- You take pride in providing quality of service and ensuring our guests have a great experience.
