Your Typical Day
Your day balances strategic planning with relationship-building. You start by reviewing fundraising dashboards and progress toward annual and long-term targets, then align next steps with the CEO and prepare concise updates that help Board members confidently support philanthropy. Midday may include donor conversations-listening for priorities, documenting next actions, and tailoring stewardship touchpoints. Later, you refine proposals and grant narratives, coordinate timelines with internal partners, and coach your team on execution details that improve consistency and follow-through. You'll also carve out focused time to assess pipeline health, prioritize outreach, and adjust plans to keep fundraising momentum strong.
