Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the daily facility operations and building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety.
- Lead, train, and supervise a small engineering team to ensure efficient performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
- Coordinate and monitor all building repair and renovation projects from inception to completion.
