Commercial Litigation Paralegal with
3+ years of law firm experience to support attorneys through all stages of complex litigation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys hands-on trial involvement.
Hybrid schedule (3 days in-office / 2 remote)
$85K-$105K DOE + strong benefits
Key Responsibilities:- Support all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial
- Prepare and file pleadings in state and federal courts (including e-filing)
- Manage case files, calendars, and deadlines
- Oversee document review, e-discovery, and subpoena/records retrieval
- Provide comprehensive trial support, including:
- Organizing exhibits, trial binders, and evidence
- Coordinating witnesses and trial logistics
- Assisting attorneys in the courtroom during trial
- Preparing deposition summaries and trial materials
