Ton impact dans ce rôle:

En tant que chef d'équipe, tu vas combiner ton expertise technique et ton sens du leadership pour coordonner une équipe de personnes talentueuses qui a une double mission: construire les fonctionnalités agentiques de la plateforme Flare (assistants conversationnels, agents autonomes, intégrations MCP) et accélérer la productivité de l'ingénierie à travers des workflows pilotés par des agents. Tu travailleras à l'intersection des LLM, de l'infrastructure et du produit, dans un contexte où beaucoup reste à inventer. Ce poste est idéal pour quelqu'un qui aime explorer de nouveaux territoires techniques, qui est à l'aise avec l'ambiguïté et qui veut avoir un impact direct sur la façon dont on construit et livre du logiciel.

Ton rôle et tes responsabilités:

• Tu accompagnes et tu mentors activement les membres de ton équipe pour soutenir leur développement
• Tu gères le quotidien d'une équipe de pros techniques
• Tu participes aux entrevues et aides à faire grandir l'équipe en recrutant des talents au top
• Tu crées un environnement de travail positif pour booster le bien-être et la productivité de l'équipe
• Tu diriges l'équipe dans la construction de la plateforme agentique de Flare
• Tu participes aux projets en tant que contributeur individuel et tu participes activement aux décisions techniques.
• Tu échanges régulièrement avec les autres équipes d'ingénierie pour bien communiquer les besoins en outils et en systèmes de ton équipe

Ce qu'on recherche chez toi:

• Tu sais bien communiquer et vulgariser des concepts techniques.
• Tu as déjà guidé des décisions techniques, suivi la progression d'un projet, et su t'adapter aux imprévus.
• Tu as de l'expérience avec certaines de ces technos : Python 3, Flask, TypeScript, VueJS, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Amazon Web Services.
• Tu apprends vite et t'as pas peur de toucher à des technos variées.
• Tu as une très bonne compréhension des systèmes distribués et des technologies web.
• Tu as un diplôme en génie logiciel (ou quelque chose de similaire).

Ce serait un plus si:

• T'as touché à la data science
• Tu as de l'expérience en cyber sécurité

What you'll get to work on:

As a team lead, you'll combine your technical expertise and leadership skills to coordinate a team of talented people with a dual mission: building the agentic features of the Flare platform (conversational assistants, autonomous agents, MCP integrations) and accelerating engineering productivity through agent-driven workflows. You'll work at the intersection of LLMs, infrastructure, and product, in a context where much remains to be invented. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys exploring new technical territory, is comfortable with ambiguity, and wants to have a direct impact on how we build and ship software.

Role and responsibilities:

• Actively mentor and guide team members, supporting their professional growth
• Oversee the day-to-day management of a team of technical professionals
• Conduct interviews and assist in expanding our team with top talent
• Foster a positive work environment to enhance team wellbeing and productivity
• Lead the team in building out Flare's agentic platform.
• Actively work on software projects as a team member and lead key technical decisions.
• Liaise with stakeholders in the engineering team to communicate the team's tooling and system requirements

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills and explaining complex technological challenges.
• Experience in guiding technical decisions, monitoring progress, and adapting to challenges.
• Experience with some of the following technologies: Python 3, Flask, TypeScript, VueJS, Postgresql, Elasticsearch, Amazon Web Services
• Ability to learn a variety of technologies quickly
• You have very good understanding of distributed systems and web technologies
• Degree in Software Engineering or similar

Good to have:

• Experience in data science
• Experience in cybersecurity
