Nous recherchons un talentueux chef d'équipe de produit intégré (IPT) qui rejoindra et soutiendra un bureau de gestion de programme (PMO) et gérera un modèle d'hélicoptère au sein de notre équipe de programmes commerciaux. Sommaire des responsabilités • Identifier et mesurer à la fois les KPI (indicateurs clés de performance) prédictifs et rétrospectifs pour suivre et améliorer les performances globales de la ligne de produits, en travaillant avec les parties prenantes de toute l'organisation pour identifier les opportunités d'exploiter les données de l'entreprise afin de développer des solutions commerciales. • Responsable de l'élaboration et de l'exécution d'une stratégie globale pour atteindre les objectifs commerciaux de la ligne de produits 429. • Responsable de garantir l'efficacité et la rentabilité de la production en alignant la main-d'œuvre, l'équipement, les processus, les matériaux et le budget. • Enquêter et réaliser des analyses de cas d'entreprise pour soutenir la feuille de route de développement du produit, les impacts sur la rentabilité des décisions commerciales, les opportunités de réduction des coûts de production. • Suivre les risques, les problèmes et les opportunités et élaborer des plans d'atténuation pour éliminer tout obstacle. As a business leader, you will the support 429 Program Office in developing a vision and roadmap for 429 product line, analyzing and driving business solutions that support Bell's overall commercial business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement strategic initiatives that improve our business from both internal and client facing aspects. Escalate issues in a timeline manner. • Coordinate and collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to implement data-driven processes and monitor outcomes, create information-rich data visualizations and reports from complex data to communicate insights in an efficient way at Program Management Reviews. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and product leadership to understand their needs, translate them into requirements, and take action on execution, delivery, and communication of the development efforts. • Work with the broader organization as a representative of the 429 PMO to ensure that all 429 aircraft in the Annual Operating Plan are delivered on time and meet customer expectations while achieving Bell's financial objectives • Organize events such as Cost Program Reviews across all models to ensure the correct organizational focus and to increase accountability for aircraft profitability • Assist the Program Director with overall team management, crucial product related issues and executive engagements as required Skills You Bring To this Role • Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills and ability to effectively manage conflicting tasks and priorities. • Well-rounded program management skills (cost and schedule management, EVM, risk and issue management, program performance metrics and reporting, etc.) • Ability to establish and maintain effective communications with internal & external customers, and senior and executive management. • Experience in aerospace product development, production & qualification • Ability to work cross - functionally and influence key stakeholders to drive alignment. • Experience with multiple phases of the development life cycle including planning, conceptual design, requirements definition, preliminary design, prototyping, test and evaluation, detailed design, integration, formal verification, entry into service, etc. Minimum required qualifications • Bachelor's degree in engineering and 6+ years of related professional experience in aerospace or other relevant industry experience • MBA is preferred. • Experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Global Supply Chain, or Project Management is preferred. • Previous people and project management experience is an asset Any other combination of schooling and experience deemed equivalent may be considered.
