Full Job Description
Full-time 12-hour shift Role:

6:00PM - 6:00AM

Pay rate: $40 - 43 per hour (pay is based on experience)

Additional $2 PM/night shift hours differential

Additional 10% weekend shifts differential

Job Description:

The RN Charge Nurse is a strong leader who serves as a resource for the nursing staff, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal resident care. Registered Nurse Charge Nurse Assists with scheduling and ensures adequate staffing coverage. The RN Charge Nurse provides day to day support to the Nursing staff to ensure that resident care is carried out in accordance with Smith Village policies, procedures and standards.

Requirements:

  • Must have RN or LPN license in good standing in Illinois
  • Minimum 3 years Long Term Care experience preferred
  • Must possess excellent customer service, communication and leadership skills
  • Strong computer skills are essential
