Responsibilities

  • Deliver inbound and outbound marketing programs to accelerate pipeline and meet regional annual operating plans.

  • Develop, localize, and oversee content creation (case studies, videos, blogs, etc.) to position LiveU as a market leader.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Public Safety, and Communications teams to ensure accurate and compliant marketing collateral.
  • Design and execute integrated campaigns—including events and digital strategies—in partnership with channel sales teams.
  • Administer allocated AMR marketing budgets, optimizing spend based on value-driven metrics.
  • Plan and coordinate tradeshow and special event logistics, with occasional travel for in-person engagements.

As the market leader, our customers include nearly all of the biggest and best storytellers across news, sports, entertainment and digital, as well as communicators in fields as diverse as Pro-AV markets like Houses of Worship, Public Safety, Education, Non-Profit and Corporate.

The Role and Responsibilities

The AMR Channel & Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for delivering inbound and outbound marketing programs to drive and accelerate pipeline within key vertical markets, supporting the delivery of sufficient opportunity volume and value to achieve the AMR region's annual operating plan (AOP).

Working with the wider marketing team, you manage the region's channel partner marketing activities, create and direct local content creation and support the delivery of multi-channel demand generation strategies for the region. While the role is predominantly AMR focused, as a member of the Global Marketing team you will also support the creation and execution of global marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Partnering with the AMR Channel Sales team, create and deliver integrated campaigns and activities (including events, digital and content) to support the reseller and distribution channel revenue plans.
• Taking direction from Marketing Leadership Team, own the management and delivery of the AMR-focused content marketing strategy, including localization and ideation.
• Partnering with the Public Safety Team, lead marketing support to deliver acquisition and awareness goals.
• In partnership with the Head of Communications, work to ensure that generated marketing collateral is accurate and compliant with brand and messaging guidelines.
• Contribute to the generation of engaging and innovative content across all channels (case studies, videos, digital assets, blogs, social media, email, collateral, branded materials etc.) to differentiate LiveU as a market leader in AMR.
• Support overall marketing team goals and programs, ensuring success for the regions.
• Occasional travel for work may be required, both in region and globally
• Assist with the administration and control of allocated AMR budgets.
• Adhere to the agreed AMR marketing budget, and optimize and prioritize activity by value-based metrics.
• Tradeshow and special events planning and logistics coordination

Salary Range - $85,000 - $95,000

Temporary Position - 6-7 Months

Requirements
• Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in a marketing, communications, and/or content development/management role, preferably in the B2B or Media and Entertainment Technology space
• Experience of managing the localization, translation, and optimizations' of global campaigns for regional markets, as well as the creation of bespoke campaigns to serve local needs - in short, a little creative flair.
• Proven work experience in writing digital and customer-facing content. Strong written communication skills are a must.
• Proven track-record of success in partnering with Sales for common goals.
• Demonstrable success supporting effective demand generation programs' across earned (SEO, Content, email, thought leadership), paid (PPC, event sponsorships, social) and owned channels (web, webinar, podcast).
• Direct experience of working with direct sellers, SDRs and channel partners in support of opportunity and revenue generation.
• Good attention to detail and project management skills. This role requires the ability to multitask and priority switch
