Job Summary

The Change Manager, Real Estate Program Management is responsible for developing, standardizing, and maintaining portfolio-level processes that support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale hyperscale data center projects. This role partners closely with design, procurement, construction, finance, legal, sales, and delivery teams to build scalable operational frameworks, codify best practices, and ensure controlled adoption of processes to improve delivery outcomes across lease, construction, and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities

Process Development & Standardization
  • Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enable consistent execution
  • Define clear process flows, roles and responsibilities, and decision points across key stages of the client delivery lifecycle
  • Promote standardization across programs, campuses, and project teams to improve efficiency and reduce execution variability


Solution Codification
  • Identify recurring delivery, lease, and compliance challenges and translate them into practical, repeatable process solutions
  • Document and institutionalize best practices that can be consistently applied across projects and teams
  • Support development of scalable frameworks aligned with business needs and evolving portfolio complexity


Process Governance & Change Control
  • Support the implementation and execution of a process governance framework for reviewing, approving, and updating SOPs
  • Manage process documentation, version control, and change tracking to ensure consistency and transparency
  • Coordinate rollout of new or updated processes and ensure alignment with cross-functional stakeholders


Adoption & Continuous Improvement
  • Drive awareness and adoption of standardized processes across business units
  • Gather feedback from project teams and stakeholders to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Partner with the process management team to refine processes based on delivery performance, lessons learned, and evolving requirements


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in data center delivery, construction, change management, process management, real estate development, business integration, or related field
  • Experience developing and implementing standardized processes or operational workflows
  • Strong ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority
