Who You Are: (Job Summary) As the Senior Vice President, Investments, you will lead and execute QTS's enterprise investment strategy, driving capital deployment, portfolio performance, and long-term value creation. You will oversee complex transactions, strategic partnerships, and investment initiatives across the platform, while influencing executive and Board-level decisions. You will also lead and develop high-performing teams and ensure disciplined investment processes that support QTS's growth priorities.
What You Will Do: (Job Responsibilities) - Set and lead the enterprise investment strategy aligned to QTS growth objectives and long-term capital plans
- Provide executive oversight of acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, and portfolio optimization across multiple business areas
- Partner directly with the Executive Committee and Board to present investment strategies, financial performance, and key decisions
- Lead and develop senior investment, development, and finance leaders across multiple teams or functions
- Establish governance, systems, and operating models that drive disciplined decision-making and execution at scale
- Own end-to-end investment lifecycle from sourcing and underwriting through execution, integration, and performance optimization
- Drive market strategy through deep analysis of data center demand, capital markets, and competitive positioning
- Ensure strong financial performance, including portfolio-level P&L accountability and value creation across assets
- Influence cross-functional alignment across development, operations, finance, and commercial teams
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need to Be Successful: (Required Qualifications, Education, Experience, Certifications) - 15 or more years of professional experience in real estate, infrastructure investing, private equity, or related fields
- Demonstrated executive leadership experience overseeing multiple teams, functions, or business units
- Proven ability to drive enterprise-level strategy, capital allocation, and long-term value creation
- Deep expertise in financial modeling and investment analysis including WACC, NPV, IRR, and ROI
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite and Board-level audiences
- Track record of leading complex, large-scale transactions and delivering results in high-growth environments
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience

- Experience in data center or digital infrastructure investing
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Workday, Salesforce, Adaptive Insights, or ARGUS
- Background supporting large-scale development platforms or operating companies
