Job Summary:

This role will lead a team of user advocates, leading organizational change management (OCM) efforts for technology and process improvement projects. The individual in this role will be accountable for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans to increase user adoption and minimize overall business risks. We are looking for a change consultant with the ability to lead, define and execute the strategy that makes complex change easy for users and stakeholders while driving behavioral and mindset shifts. Critical for this role is the ability to lead projects, build relationships, apply critical thinking, and take the initiative to drive results. As a successful change consultant, the role will use influence and innovation to maximize adoption and ensure a positive change experience.

Job Duties:
  • Change Management Lead: Manages and oversees the development and execution of a change management strategy and plan within the internal and client project team
  • Organizational Impact Assessment: Assesses impact of technology or process change on the individual and business to formulate the change management strategy
  • Culture Change: Leads a project team to identify and address resistance and change readiness challenges
  • Communications Management: Assesses communication needs, channels, and delivers key messages; plans, drafts and executes marketing, training, support, and feedback communications
  • Learning and Development: Assesses organizational learning capabilities; conducts training needs assessment, designs curriculum, develops training materials for system implementations and process changes
  • Training and Workshops: Leads and facilitates instructor-led, virtual, and 1:1 executive training sessions as well as strategy and envisioning workshops
  • Project Management: Manages the budget and timeline for change management activities and provides oversight and guidance to junior consultants
  • Other duties as required

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Supervises the day-to-day workload of the team on assigned engagements and reviews work product
  • Acts as mentor to team, as appropriate
  • May act as career advisor to associates and senior associates

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree, required; with a focus in Organization Change Management, preferred

Experience:
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Learning Solutions, Talent Strategies, Communications and Training Design and Development, User Enablement, or equivalent human capital consulting role, required
  • Four (4) or more years of consulting experienced in Technology Implementation, Communications and/or Training Design and Development, User Enablement, or equivalent, required
  • Four (4) or more years of experience setting direction, developing, and leading projects while developing strategies that improve user adoption and manage end user expectations, required

License(s)/Certification(s):
  • Certification with Prosci ADKAR® Model or similar framework, preferred

Software:
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, required
  • Experience implementing Office 365 (M365), Data Analytics, Custom Applications, CRM, or ERP, preferred
  • Experience with Camtasia, Articulate Rise, Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud or other video creation/editing tool, preferred

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Successful track record of interacting with associates to senior leaders
  • High energy, excellent communication, and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Excels at operating in a fast-paced technical environment
  • Self-motivated and willing to take on new initiatives
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.

National Range: $110,000 - $165,000
Maryland Range: $110,000 - $165,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $110,000 - $165,000
