Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Client Engagement
Assemble, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams across strategy, architecture, experience, and delivery.
Lead client engagements from early discovery through delivery, acting as a senior trusted advisor.
Establish strong governance, operating models, and delivery rhythms to ensure predictable outcomes.
Strategy, Vision & Roadmaps
Plan and lead value stream definition and strategic theme development aligned to client business objectives.
Define, document, and clearly communicate strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmaps across Microsoft Modern Work, Azure, security, and cloud infrastructure domains.
Ensure alignment between business priorities, technology investments, and delivery execution.
Solution & Architecture Alignment
Collaborate closely with Technology Architects to ensure solutions meet business needs while adhering to security, compliance, and cloud best practices.
Guide solution direction across:
Microsoft 365 & Modern Work (Collaboration, Productivity, Digital Employee Experience)
Azure platform and cloud services
Security, identity, and compliance
Core IT and hybrid infrastructure
Ensure architectural decisions support scalability, resiliency, and long-term sustainability.
Product & Delivery Excellence
Ensure teams design and deliver feasible, sustainable, and high-value products.
Represent customer needs and outcomes to solution delivery teams, ensuring continuous alignment to business value.
Manage and prioritize the end-to-end flow of work, including:
Idea intake and assessment
Business and technical analysis
Definition and backlog management
Build, release, and delivery
Balance speed, quality, security, and cost across all initiatives.
Customer & Market Insight
Leverage market research, design thinking, and continuous exploration to understand evolving customer and market needs.
Translate insights into actionable strategy, roadmap adjustments, and product enhancements.
Stay current on Microsoft ecosystem trends, cloud innovation, security threats, and workplace transformation best practices.
Experience & Design Collaboration
Partner with teams to ensure products and features align to strategic themes and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Champion human-centered design across Modern Work and digital workplace initiatives.
Solutioning Support
Support Solutioning efforts by shaping value propositions, participating in client discussions, and contributing to proposals and presentations.
Help articulate business outcomes, technical approach, and delivery strategy for Microsoft-based solutions.
Build credibility with both technical and executive stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
• You have a bachelor's degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience.
• You have 5+ years of experience contributing to and leading successful OCM initiatives using a methodology-driven approach.

Preferred Skills:
• You have Prosci, ACMP or an equivalent OCM certification.
• You have 2 or more years in organization development / design; organizational effectiveness; culture and workforce transformation; learning and training design, development, and delivery; Configured Platforms (i.e. SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow) implementations.
• You have impressive communication skills. You have the ability to skillfully craft executive summaries and detailed information and reports for leadership.
• You are a team player who leads by example and is a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible "can-do " attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success.
• You have strong project management experience, including schedule, scope, issue, and risk management.
