JOB DESCRIPTIONJoin our remote/collaborative team as an experienced Change Management and Communications Specialist to transform our client into an
Agile Product Management environment. This pivotal role involves crafting and executing comprehensive change management strategies while effectively communicating and engaging executive-level stakeholders. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth transition, foster a culture of agility, and enhance employee buy-in and understanding.
Position Duties: - Change Management Strategy: Develop and implement change management plans aligned with Agile principles, addressing resistance, and promoting adoption.
- Communication Strategy: Create and execute communication plans, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely messaging to all stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders, building relationships and addressing concerns to garner support for the Agile transformation.
- Training and Education: Develop and deliver training to equip employees and teams with Agile methodologies and mindset.
- Measurement and Evaluation: Establish KPIs and assessment mechanisms to gauge the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain and update documentation, materials, and resources related to Agile transformation.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Agile coaches, and leadership to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the transformation.
QUALIFICATIONSRequired Skillset: - Ten (10) years of experience in overall change management.
- Proven experience in change management and communications, specifically in Agile transformations.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including simplifying complex ideas.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including prioritizing and managing multiple initiatives.
Desired Skillset: - Change Management certification is a plus.
- Experience with Enterprise Agile implementations is a plus
- Certified ScrumMaster is a plus
Education: - Bachelor's degree in Change Management, Communications, Business, or related field and a Master's degree (MBA).
Clearance Requirement: - Must be a US Citizen
- Ability to obtain public trust clearance.
